Empower Your Team with Tailored H&S Training

Build competencies and ensure compliance through our engaging training programs.

Training Needs Analysis.

Has your organisation identified the gap between the skills and knowledge (competency) which the job requires against the current skills and knowledge of workers undertaking these jobs? If not, how do you know if they are competent? Lack of a training needs analysis can result in gaps in their learning that may increase their risk of being harmed, or you the employer not meeting your duty to provide training. If training courses are booked without this knowledge, then training selected may be ad hoc and not appropriate, resulting in wasted time and money for little value to workers and your organisation.

Armed with the knowledge of the required competencies, then an accurate and tailored training plan can be developed and the appropriate Internal and/or external training course and provider will be identified.
